To qualify for employment with New England Residential Services, you must have a valid Connecticut driver's license for at
least three years, a good driving record and a high school diploma or GED.    In the course of the hiring process, Department
of Motor Vehicle, criminal, Sex Offenders Registry and DMR (soon to be DDS) abuse & neglect registry checks are completed.  
Also, random drug and alcohol testing is pending implementation.

Per Diem Positions

On call fill in staff needed for early mornings,
second and third shift in Old Lyme, Norwich,
Kensington, Middletown, Portland, East
Hampton and Guilford.  It’s a great way to
supplement your income, and allows you to work
around your schedule.

The current starting hourly wage is $13.40.
